Jenny Koleva

The Principal of Kardam Ms. Jenny Koleva is responsible for overseeing every aspect of the firm’s multiple service organization with a focus of the company’s investment and property management division. She has vast experience in the real estate industry, business development, operations and marketing.

Prior to founding Kardam, since 2009 Ms. Koleva also serves as Founder and Principle for Property Executive Group where she oversees distressed real estate acquisitions, remodeling and brokerage throughout Grater Los Angeles area. Previously Ms. Koleva was fully integrated into the Argentic Mortgage and Argentic Realty where she was responsible for the company’s marketing and business development.

Ms. Koleva holds a California Real Estate License CalBRE #01812638 and has earned her B.B.A. in 2002 from the University of National and World Economy, Bulgaria. She later continued her education at the University of National and World Economy and received her M.S. in Trade Economics in 2006.
